Establishing Jira format in conjunction with the Data Engineering teams to provide improvements in workload forecasting and assignments. Technical Architect and Advisor to well-known big tech services provider to implement data management capabilities in their new platform development. Grew implementation team from 4 to 13 as the technical architect and delivery lead from November 2020 to December 2022. Crafted SOWs for 3 extensions and followed approval processes, pricing, project staffing selection and client invoice management.
