Brought on board during Assessment Phase for the enterprise data warehouse solution. Instrumental in technical and business analysis to determine the direction of the data management and ETL solution in a Facets-centered environment.
Lead data and integration architect for process improvements to mature the Enterprise Data Services practice. Design and implementation of a metadata-driven ingestion to the Enterprise Staging Layer allowing modifications at the schema, table and field level with adjustment of parameters. This integrated data from multiple sources with supporting processes to include data quality profiles/reports, physical data models, changed data capture, historical data retention strategy and storage of metadata/data lineage into the Informatica Metadata Manager and Business Glossary.
Automated process to import/export vast metadata from spreadsheets to simplify maintenance by business analysts, providing training sessions and documentation. Designed reporting solution to accompany the Informatica Metadata Manager roll-out to the enterprise.
Built initial data architecture practice, setting modeling standards. Designed training documentation for the tool and trained 4 business analysts to become data modelers using ERwin model repository.
Completed certification for ITIL V3 Foundations.
