Redesigned development documentation templates for health plan analytics prototyping effort resulting in a streamlined process and faster turnaround time.
Provided/assembled content for 10 Data Governance training courses for the new Data Governance Council members for a health plan customer.
Internal data governance projects include
- Led the stand-up, standards and registration process for the Collibra sandbox, including automation of the registration forms and form tracking.
- Led the reorganization of the Clarity Data Governance IP documents and creation of standards for project documentation and curated Clarity methodology uploads. This included automation of the registration forms and form tracking.
- Led the integration of Clarity’s Modern Data Architecture Ingestion Framework with Collibra Data Governance Center. Became certified as a Level 2 Collibra Expert.
- Created a logical data governance metamodel, which will form the basis of a data governance accelerator to assist customers implementing Clarity’s Data Governance Strategy.
- Presented an assessment strategy for Data Governance tools to enhance consultants’ accessibility to information for use in making recommendations to customers. Identified 50+ vendors as leaders in metadata management, data quality, privacy compliance and master data management to be included in the assessment. Interviewed and documented 8 tools vendors in the assessment matrix, as part of an ongoing effort. Arranged product demos for internal data governance team.
